Overview. This website is operated by DCERO. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to DCERO. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online store. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal purpose. We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Limited drops. DCERO releases products in limited drops. Quantities are limited and pieces are not restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; an item is only yours once checkout is complete. We may limit quantities per customer, per order or per address, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, bots or automated tools. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Made to order. Many DCERO pieces are printed after you order them. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment. Sizes, measurements and fit are described in our size guide.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, even after confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. The DCERO name, logos, graphics, designs, photos and text on this site belong to DCERO and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

User content. If you send us comments, photos or ideas, you allow us to use, edit and publish them without obligation to you. You are responsible for what you send and agree it does not violate anyone's rights.

Third-party services. Payments, shipping and printing are handled by third parties. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability. Our products and site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, DCERO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Indemnification. You agree to hold DCERO harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
